Cierra Gratz, MS, CCC-SLP

My name is Cierra Gratz, MS, CCC-SLP, and I’m a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist based in Bonsall, CA. I support children ages 12 months to 13 years through a play-based, strength-focused approach that keeps therapy fun, motivating, and meaningful. I am a Hanen Certified Speech and Language Pathologist and have additional training in the DIR/Floortime approach. I specialize in early intervention, receptive and expressive language disorders, speech sound disorders, social communication challenges, and supporting children on the autism spectrum.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from California State University San Marcos and later completed my Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Chapman University. I am a licensed and certified SLP in the state of California with experience across private practice and public/private school settings (K–12).

My passion lies in helping children communicate with confidence while empowering families with practical, everyday strategies. I love watching my clients grow, find their voice, and let their personalities shine. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors with my husband, children, and our fur babies.
